Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the item ordered.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional production time before they are ready to ship. Estimated processing times will be listed in the product description when applicable.

Ready-to-ship items generally ship sooner, but processing times may still vary during holidays, sales, launches, or periods of high order volume.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package size, weight, and delivery destination.

Any available shipping options and estimated carrier delivery times will be shown during checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact Desert Dough & Designs as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
