Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because many items are handmade, customized, made to order, or offered in limited quantities, availability may change without notice.

Desert Dough & Designs reserves the right to discontinue products, update designs, change pricing, or limit quantities at any time.

Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, colors, sizing, and other details.

Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Handmade products may also have small variations in color, placement, finish, or design. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization and customization information before submitting an order.

Please carefully check names, spelling, initials, colors, sizes, design selections, and other custom details. Desert Dough & Designs is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photos, sizing information, and other listing details before completing their purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.

Desert Dough & Designs reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies that may occur on the website.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Desert Dough & Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Desert Dough & Designs.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged during shipping, the customer must contact Desert Dough & Designs within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

The customer is responsible for filing a shipping damage claim with USPS when applicable.

Depending on the extent of the damage, an item may be repaired or replaced. If an item must be returned for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, graphics, artwork, logos, branding, product images, and website content created by Desert Dough & Designs remain the property of Desert Dough & Designs unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the original design or intellectual property rights unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Digital Products

Digital products are for the usage described in the individual product listing.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once purchased or delivered.

Customers may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce digital files except where specifically permitted by the license included with the product.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Desert Dough & Designs website or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when we believe an order involves fraud, misuse of the website, incorrect pricing, unauthorized payment activity, or other suspicious activity.

Limitation of Liability

Desert Dough & Designs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our responsibility for any eligible claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in the claim, except where otherwise required by law.
